1.1 The agreement between you and Betbarter.com includes these terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions will be followed, and these rules and regulations shall be governed by all meanings included in those terms and conditions.

1.2 Betbarter.com retains the right, on a case-by-case basis, to determine the outcome of any event that, for whatever reason, takes place and is either ambiguous or not covered by the rules and regulations included in this document.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision, amendment, editing, and addition at any time by Betbarter.com.

1.4 Betbarter.com retains the right, at its sole discretion, to reject personal accounts, reject bets, and/or cap the total amount of bets placed.

1.5 Before placing a wager on any market, Betbarter.com customers should read and understand the rules and regulations governing that market.

1.6 Betbarter.com retains the right, in its sole discretion, to void, cancel, suspend, withhold bets and/or player accounts for any reason resulting from the identification of any suspicious conduct:

  • Using a VPN or any other technique that causes a regular IP change;
  • Making and using many accounts on Betbarter.com;
  • It is highly forbidden to self-match, pass money, courtside, and sharpen;
  • Abuse in any form, including fluke hunting, matchmaking, and commission-making, is not going to be accepted;
  • Syndicate wagering;
  • Fixing matches;
  • Every judgment made will be regarded as final, and appeals will not be considered.

1.7 Betbarter.com disclaims all responsibility for communicating inaccuracies in betting information and outcomes. In the event that data is transferred incorrectly, slowly, abusively, or manipulated online, or if there is any other third-party defect (such as a technical difficulty, connection issue, etc.), no claim for damages may be made.
The correctness of the results, live streams, statistics, and other information/data displayed on the website is not guaranteed by Betbarter.com. Before placing a bet, it is the responsibility of the client to confirm the details and status of each event.

1.8 At its sole discretion, Betbarter.com reserves the right to make any required corrections to obvious mistakes and to take other actions to ensure that its clients receive fair service. Any false information released about an event might be a perceptible mistake. For instance, inaccurate or inverted odds, the wrong person, team, or tournament, the erroneous start time for the event, etc.

  • In certain situations, Betbarter.com retains the right, even after the event has concluded and been settled, to remedy glaring mistakes and declare impacted bets invalid (rated at a price of 1.00). It is the obligation of clients to make sure that their bets are placed accurately;
  • If the outcome of the event is already known, Betbarter.com retains the right, in its sole discretion, to declare a wager void (rated at a price of 1.00), either whole or in part;
  • If the client benefited significantly from delayed “Live” coverage or stream and the bet was placed at an inaccurate price, Betbarter.com maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to declare the bet invalid (rated at a price of 1.00);
  • We do not accept late wagers. The stake will be reimbursed, and the wager invalid (rated at a price of 1.00);
  • Each customer bears the duty of promptly reporting any money that has been inadvertently credited to their account. Any prizes resulting from this kind of mistake will be lost.

1.9 The minimum and maximum stake amounts vary according to the market, sport, and event.

1. Supervising marketplaces In-Play
1.1 If a market is not meant to go into play but is not suspended at the appropriate moment, then:

All bets matched after the event’s designated “off” time will be void;
All bets placed after the time of the “off” determination will be void if the event does not have a planned “off” time. Instead, it will use reasonable efforts to identify the real “off” time.

When an event begins and ends, Betbarter.com will make a good faith effort to halt in-play markets. Nevertheless, the Market Information does not ensure that these markets will be closed at the appropriate moment, no matter what it states. Results or choices made in an Exchange market that has been activated cannot be partially suspended.

It is always the customer’s responsibility to manage their in-play wagers.
Customers should be aware that transmissions that some broadcasters refer to as “live” may really be pre-recorded or delayed for the purposes of in-play betting. Depending on the configuration used to receive the images or data, there may be a range of delays.

1.2 No marketplaces are suspended during the “off” period. seeks to utilize its reasonable efforts to turn markets in-play at the specified “off” time for markets that are due to be turned in-play. The Market Information should provide the time of the “off” for markets. It is not guaranteed that such markets will be stopped and switched on at the time of the “off,” regardless of what Market Information claims.

All bets matched after the scheduled time of the “off” will be void if a market that is due to be turned in-play does not suspend the market and cancel unmatched bets at the time “off” and the market is not put in-play with unmatched bets canceled at any point during the event.

In the event that there isn’t a set “off” time, any wagers placed after that point will be void. The event organizers will make a fair effort to determine the real “off” time.

Bets that are matched once the time of the “off” will stand if a market that is scheduled to be turned in-play is not suspended during the “off” period (and hence, unmatched bets are not canceled at that point). If, on the other hand, the market is purposefully turned in-play at a later time during the event.

2. Outcomes and market compensation
2.1 Market shall be resolved in accordance with the Particular Sports Rules.

Markets shall be settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent exclusion or alteration of the outcome (unless an adjustment is declared within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in the reporting of the result). This is the case if the Specific Sports Rules do not specify whether and on what basis the market will be established.

In situations where official outcomes from the appropriate governing body are not available, information from independent sources will be used to determine the outcomes. In these situations, within 48 hours of the settlement date, if any new information becomes available to the public, it must be decided (fairly) whether to: (i) reinstate or resettle the market in light of the new information, or (ii) wait for more information before making such a decision. Data that becomes public more than 48 hours after the market has been resolved will not be taken into consideration unless it has stated that it is waiting for it (regardless of whether or not such information may have contributed to a different conclusion).

It retains the power to halt market settlement for an indeterminate amount of time if there is any question about the outcome or potential outcome until the issue can be satisfactorily addressed. In the event that the ambiguity cannot be addressed to a level of satisfaction that is satisfactory, it reserves the right to nullify any market.
2.2 Acquiesces. Markets are often resolved right after the conclusion of the relevant event. As a purely customer service advantage, it may settle (or partially settle) other markets before the official conclusion is announced, or it may raise the client’s eligible-to-bet amount by the minimum potential wins of that customer on a certain market. However, it retains the power to modify the market settlement in the event that the official result deviates from the one that the market first determined.
This keeps the right to undo a market’s settlement if it is fixed incorrectly (due to, say, a human or technological error).
The client’s balance could be changed to reflect changes in the market settlement if a market is resettled.

2.3 Disqualifications and cash withdrawals. Subjects are always free to invalidate wagers in accordance with the rules. Clients ought to consult the relevant Specific Sports Rules.

3. Refusals, Cancellations, and Postponements
3.1 The Specific Sports Rules outline the various regulations that apply to different markets. The following will, however, take effect if the market’s Specific Sports Rules contain no clauses about cancellation, delay, or abandonment.

All bets on the markets for any match, fixture, game, individual event, or similar event shall be void if they are not finished within three days of the specified completion date, with the exception of bets on any markets that have been settled unconditionally.

Regarding any competition, tournament, or the like: all markets pertaining to the event shall be settled in accordance with the final decision of the relevant governing body, provided that the decision is made within ninety days of the scheduled date of completion, if the event is not concluded within three days of the scheduled date of completion. Bets on any market related to this event will be void if no formal ruling is made public within these ninety days, with the exception of markets that have been firmly established. In the event that the market is canceled but some bets have been partially settled as a client favor, such bets will be reversed, and all bets on the market will be void.

4. Modification of location
The Relevant Sports Rules outline the specific regulations that apply to certain markets. Nonetheless, the following will be applicable if the new location is not covered by the Specific Sports Rules:

If the planned location for any team sport is altered after Betbarter.com loads the market, all wagers will be nullified, but only if the new location is the home field of the original away team.

All bets will stand for any category or market, with the exception of team sports, if the planned location is altered after Betbarter.com loads the market.

All bets will stand should the scheduled surface type change after the market has been loaded.

5. Dead Heat
The Dead Heat Rule is applicable to wagers on a market if there are more winners than anticipated, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Sports Rules. The stake money is first reduced proportionally for each bet matched on a relevant winning selection by multiplying it by the total expected number of winners (as stated in the Market Information) split by the actual number of winners (i.e., stake multiplied by (number of expected winners/number of actual winners)). The leftover stake money is then sent to the relevant tiers, and the gains are then distributed to the successful backers on this “reduced stake” (reduced stake multiplied by traded price).

1. Zero Commission & Exchange Cricket
1.1 All wagers shall be deemed void if a ball is not bowled during a tournament, series, or match, with the exception of markets where the outcome has been decided upon in full (such as the “Completed Match” market).
1.2 Should inclement weather cause the game to be shortened, all wagers will be settled based on the official score (which, in the case of restricted overs matches, is decided using the Duckworth Lewis method).
1.3 All bets will be forfeited if a match is decided by a coin toss, bowl-off, or Super Over, with the exception of those on markets that have been decided upon in full. Please see the Super Over regulation below.

1.4 Test Matches
1.4.1 Betbarter.com reserves the right to cancel all bets if a game starts but is later called off for a reason other than bad weather (which can include, but are not limited to, risky or impossible to play wickets or outfield; pitch vandalism; strike or boycott; crowd protests/violence; stadium damage; acts of terrorism; and acts of God).
1.4.2 All wagers on the markets for this event will be void if the match is not anticipated to be completed within five days of the original anticipated completion date.

1.5 Limited Over Matches
1.5.1 Bets on any market related to the event will be void if a match is declared “No Result.” All bets placed after 30 minutes of the first day’s planned start of play will be deemed void in the event that a fresh toss for a restricted over match is held on the designated reserve day.

1.6 Super Overrule
1.6.1 Which team is going to win this Super Over?
When Betbarter.com is notified that Super Over is about to be played, this market is halted on the spot and then reactivated. At the start of the Super Over, the market will be put into play. Since this market will not be actively controlled, it is also the responsibility of each and every client to manage their positions. The number of runs each side scores in the first Super Over will determine how this market is decided. In order to avoid confusion, the market will be resolved as a Dead Heat if there are ties at the end of both innings in the Super Over. However, if more than one Super Over is played, the winner of the final over will be decided.

2. Exchange Soccer & Zero Commission Soccer
A “Material Event” is defined as a goal to be scored, a penalty to be given, or the dismissal of a player for the purposes of the Exchange Rules.

2.1. Betbarter.com maintains the right to cancel bets that are unjustly matched after a Material Event occurs if it fails to halt a market in a timely manner. These bets may be voted on in real time during the event or after the game has ended.

2.2 In the event that a video assistant referee (VAR) determines that a Material Event must be canceled, Betbarter.com shall nullify bets in the following ways for both the Material Event and its cancellation:

Bets that match the time a goal is scored and the time the video assistant referee completes the review will be worthless in the event that a goal is canceled due to VAR.

Bets matched after the video assistant referee starts the review will be invalid in the event that a red card is canceled due to VAR.

Any such wagers may be voided in real time during the event or after a game has ended.

2.3 If a Red Card or Penalty is given as a result of a video assistant referee ruling, that Material Event shall be considered to have happened at the moment the video assistant referee starts reviewing that (finally awarded) Material Event. Under such conditions, wagers that have been placed before the video assistant referee starts a review will stand.

2.4 For the avoidance of doubt, bets that are matched between the time the goal is scored and the conclusion of the video assistant referee review will be invalid if the referee decides to award a goal retroactively owing to VAR.

2.5 Unless Betbarter.com knows that a match has been postponed to be performed within three days of its initial start date, all bets will be invalid if a match fails to begin (or if Betbarter.com believes that a match will not have started) by 23:59 (local time) on its scheduled start date.

2.6 All bets are void if a match begins but is later abandoned or postponed, and Betbarter.com thinks the match won’t be finished by 23:59 (local time) on the day it is supposed to start. Unless Betbarter.com is aware that the match has been rescheduled to be played within three days of its original start date, all bets are void. All bets are valid if Betbarter.com is aware that the game will be played within three days and it is played within that time frame, with the exception of a restarted match. All in-play wagers will be lost if the game is replayed from the beginning.

2.7 All wagers for friendly matches are valid for the whole period allotted by the match authorities, including any stoppage time. All wagers shall be considered null and invalid if a friendly match begins, is later canceled or postponed, and is not finished (that is, played to the end, as determined by match officials, plus any stoppage time) within three days of the original start date. If match authorities are unable to provide a clear official result, Betbarter.com will (reasonably) assess the results based on data from reliable sources.

2.8 All bets matched on the related markets will be worthless if an official fixture contains different team data (e.g., the team name, age category, gender, reserves, etc.) than those provided on the Betbarter.com website. Bets will stand in all other situations (even those in which a team name is mentioned without using the term “XI” in the name). The right to cancel any bets matched on the impacted markets exists if an official fixture appears on the Betbarter.com website under an inaccurate competition name.

2.9 Only Regular Time (90 minutes + Injury time) is eligible for all bets. Penalty shootouts eventually become invalid.

3.1 The player or coupling that advances to the following round (or wins the tournament in the event of a final) shall be declared the winner in the event that a player or paring retires or is disqualified in any match. All bets on that specific match will, however, be invalid if fewer than one set has been played at the time of the retirement or disqualification.

3.2 Should the scheduled venues shift, even to a different kind of surface, all bets will remain valid.

3.3 All bets are worthless, with the exception of those on markets that have been decided unconditionally, if the number of games or sets needed to win is altered from the anticipated duration of the match. Please be aware that this does not apply to “dead rubber” matches that are shortened from five sets to three sets after the market has been loaded or to “Match Odds” markets on Davis Cup matches, as long as the match has been abbreviated in compliance with the competition’s regulations.

4.1. Upon completion and settlement of all session/fancy bets, there must be no reversal, regardless of the outcome of a tied or abandoned match.

4.2. All fancy bets, player runs, and advance sessions are only applicable for a complete 20/50 overs match on either side. Note that this requirement only applies to advanced fancy bets.

4.3. Fancy bet markets will be closed 60 minutes before the start of the match.

4.4. All prior bets will remain valid and turn into HAAR/JEET bets in accordance with the Session/Fancy Bets regulations if a market is halted for whatever reason and does not reopen.

4.5. Completed sessions will be settled, but incomplete sessions and fancy bets will be canceled.

4.5.1. In Test cricket, the remaining overs will be taken from the following inning, and the market will be settled appropriately if we have offered a session and the side proclaims their innings completed before the session ends. An instance would be an India-England test match. India was allowed 105 overs, but they ended their innings at 101.1, even though the score was 501. We count that as 102 Overs finished with a score of 501; however, the remaining 3 Overs will be added to the total runs from the first 3 Overs of the next innings. For instance, in the following inning, England scored 10 runs in their first 3 Overs. India will be settled in 105 runs, or 501 + 10 = 511. The “only Over” markets are not covered by this.

4.6. Bets will still be collected if a match is canceled, ends without a result, or is abandoned but the session has ended. Player runs and fall of wicket markets will also be decided at the points (D/L), canceled, abandoned, or with no outcome when the match is suspended because of rain during an inning.

4.7. All wagers will be honored if a player retires due to injury and only one ball is played.

4.8. We disclaim all liability for any losses that may arise from a software bug.

4.9. Sky247 retains the right to cancel any bets placed at the wrong prices in the event of a power outage or an issue with the Internet connection, without suspending the markets.

4.10. The Trading Team shall make all decisions regarding the settlement of incorrect markets that are presented, in their exclusive discretion. The management will take into account all relevant information, and final decisions will be made fully.

4.11. Any wagers that are considered suspicious may be canceled at any moment, including wagers made from the stadium or from sources there. The Company will continue to have the final say over whether to nullify the specific wager in question or the whole market. The Company will make the ultimate determination of whether or not bets are suspicious, and that determination will be definitive.

4.12. It is not permitted to place any kind of illegal wager, match (pass money), side on the court (Ghaobaazi on commentary), sharpen, or create commissions. All of the money associated with that account will be taken and confiscated if any user is found engaging in such activity. In that situation, the Company’s decision is final, and no debate or claim will be considered.

4.13. It is forbidden to search or seek flukes; any wagers on flukes will be lost. Cricket commentary is only an extra service and function offered to consumers; any delays or errors in the commentary are not the responsibility of the company.

4.14. Valid only for the 1st inning.

Highest Inning Run: This wager is only valid for the game’s opening inning.

Lowest Inning Run: This wager is only valid for the game’s opening inning.

4.15. Following the conclusion of the match, we shall settle the market if any fancy values are exceeded. For instance: If any market value falls between 22 and 24, the market will continue if the outcome is 23, but if the outcome is 24 or higher, the market will be settled. The following marketplaces are covered by this rule:

  • Total Sixes In Single Match;
  • Total Fours In Single Match;
  • Highest Inning Run;
  • Highest Over Run In Single Match;
  • Highest Individual Score By Batsman;
  • Highest Individual Wickets by Bowler.

4.16. After the game, we will settle the market if any fancy values are passed. For instance, if a market value is between 22 and 24, we will settle that market if the result is 22 or below, but if the result is 23, the market will continue. The following marketplaces are covered by this rule:

Lowest Inning Run;
Fastest Fifty;
Fastest Century.

4.17 Should a fancy bet have an incorrect rate or price, that specific bet will be canceled.

4.18. It is not possible to reverse or cancel fancy bets. The onus is on the consumer to make an informed decision about the market and selection he wishes to wager on.

4.19. Dot Ball market rules:

Wides Ball – not valid;
No Ball – not valid;
Leg Bye – invalid as a dot ball;
Bye Run – invalid as a dot ball;
Run Out – On 1st run counts as a dot ball;
Run Out – On 2nd and 3rd run does not count as a dot ball;
Out – Catch out, bowled, stumped and LBW counts as a dot ball.

4.20. Bookmaker rules

We are not concerned about any team receiving an edge or disadvantage for whatever reason.

The winning side in an ODI will be determined by simply comparing the scores of the two teams’ 25 overs.

In T20 contests, the winning side will be determined by simply comparing the scores of the two teams after ten overs.

4.21. Penalty Runs: For the sake of settlement, any penalty runs that are given during a game (in either a running or ADV fancy) are not included.

4.22. The firm retains the right to cancel any bets (only winning bets) of any event at any time throughout the match if it suspects any players (either bowler or batsman) are cheating or acting improperly in that specific event.

4.23. When settling the comparative market, ties or equal runs scored in both innings will not be taken into account. In order to win, the second-batting team must score more runs than the first-batting team; if the scores are tied or lower, the first-batting team is declared the winner.

4.24. Only Direct Fours and Sixes struck by BAT are taken into account for player boundaries fancy.

4.25. Bowler Run Session Rule:

If Bowler Bowl 1.1 Overs, then valid (for bowler 2 overruns session);
If Bowler Bowl 2.1 Overs, then valid (for bowler 3 overruns session);
If Bowler Bowl 3.1 Overs, then valid (for bowler 4 overruns session);
If Bowler Bowl 4.1 Overs, then valid (for bowler 5 over runs session);
If Bowler Bowl 9.1 Overs, then valid (for bowler 10 over runs session).

4.26. Total match played over ADV: Following the conclusion of the whole match, this market is resolved.

Criteria: The only over that counts toward settlement for both innings is the round-off over. For instance, the overs that are taken into consideration for settlement are 17, 18, and 19 if the first batting team is all out at 17.3, 18.4, or 19.5. The overs that are taken into account for settlement are 17, 18, and 19 overs, respectively, whether the match ends at 17.2, 18.3, or 19.3. Both innings must follow these guidelines. This market shall be canceled in the event of rain or a reduction in the overflow.

4.27. Bowler’s 3 WKT or more during the match ADV: Following the conclusion of the whole match, this market is settled. This market shall be canceled in the event of rain or a reduction in the overflow.

4.28. Khadda: The Adv Khadda Fancy is only good for the match’s opening innings. This market shall be canceled in the event of rain or a reduction in the overflow. Bets canceled for incomplete sessions will be settled, but bets for completed sessions will be paid out.

4.29. Lottery: This market will be canceled in the event of weather or a reduction in the amount of money. Bets from incomplete sessions will not be honored; only bets from entire sessions will be paid out.

Settlement rule: When settling, the final digit of the session total shall be taken into account. For instance, if the score in the 6 Overs market is 37, then the winning lottery number is 7.

4.30. Any cricket match that is played behind closed doors has the option to cancel bets after the market closes if it is discovered that any participants are abusing the groundline in fancy bets. The decision made by the company is final.

4.31. Rules for the Indian Premier League
If a match is over reduced, the market average scores will be counted rather than the actual scores of the over reduced matches.
If a match is dropped, the Market average scores will be counted rather than the actual scores of the dropped matches.

Note: These regulations apply to the following IPL markets.

Total Match 1st Over Run: If the match is abandoned or the over is decreased after the first over is finished, the actual score will be credited rather than the average score. If the over is lowered after the first over is finished, an average of six runs will be awarded;
Total Fours: In the event of a match abandonment or over reduction, an average of 26 fours will be awarded;
Total Sixes: In the event of a match abandonment or over reduction, an average of 13 sixes will be awarded;
Total Wide: Should the match be canceled or shortened, an average of eight wides will be awarded;
Total Extras: Should the contest be abandoned or cut short, an average of 14 extras will be awarded;
Total No Ball: Should the contest be abandoned or be over reduced, an average of one no ball will be awarded;
Total Duck: In the event of an abandoned or over reduced match, an average of one duck will be awarded;
Total Fifties: Should the match be canceled or significantly shortened, an average of two fifty will be awarded;
Total Century: Average 0 century will be given if the match is abandoned or over reduced.
Total Run Out: In the event of an abandoned or over reduced game, an average of one run out will be awarded;
Total Wickets: Should the contest be abandoned or the over be lowered, an average of 12 wickets will be awarded;
Total Caught out: Average 8 caught out will be given if the match is abandoned or over reduced;
Total Maiden Over: Should the match be abandoned or the over lowered, an average of 0 Maiden Over will be awarded;
Total LBW: Should the contest be abandoned or drastically reduced, an average of 1 LBW will be awarded;
Total Bowled: In the event of an abandoned or curtailed match, an average of two bowls will be awarded.

All IPL Tournament Fancy Markets will be void if matches under 45 are stopped or interrupted for “COVID-19” or any other “ACT OF GOD”-related reasons. If matches over 45 are played, however, all Fancy Markets will be settled according to our markets average. As for matches that are not played, we will settle the markets based on our average.

If the IPL is halted for “Covid-19” or any other “Act of God,” we will wait 45 days from the IPL’s suspension date. If the IPL resumes before that 45th day, things will go on as usual; if not, we will settle the markets using the averages of the markets mentioned above, and if there are any void matches, we will void the under 45 matches on the 45th day following the IPL’s suspension.

4.32. Odd-even rule for sessions: The “Session Total Odd” market will be invalid if the “Session Odd-Even” market is not settled and the “Over” has not been finished.

4.33. If the firm feels that any participant (bowler or batsman) has engaged in cheating or other wrongdoing in that specific event, it retains the authority to cancel all bets (only winning bets) of any event at any moment throughout the match.

All wagers shall be resolved in line with the official regulations of the tournament. All wagers are worthless if there isn’t an official outcome.If external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs from being bowled, then bets on T20, ODIs, or Limited Overs matches are worthless, unless the bet payment has already been finalized. An innings is deemed complete when 80% or more of the prearranged overs are bowled, and markets are adjusted appropriately. If a match is postponed or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all wagers will be considered null and worthless. Please refer to the extra market-specific guidelines.

5.1. Match Betting: The official tournament regulations shall be followed in order to settle all match betting disputes. If inclement weather delays a match, wagers will be settled based on the official outcome. All wagers are worthless if there isn’t an official outcome. Dead heat regulations shall be in effect in the event of a tie, provided that the official competition rules cannot be used to declare a winner. In contests where the winner is determined by a bowl off or super over, wagers will be placed based on the official score. In First Class Matches, wagers will be settled as a dead heat between the two sides if the official outcome is a draw. Losing wagers will be paid for draws. Bets will be invalidated if a match is called off due to outside circumstances, unless the official tournament regulations are followed and a winner is proclaimed.

5.2. Draw No Bet in Match Betting: A dead heat will be used to break a tie. The official tournament regulations shall be followed in order to settle all match betting disputes. All wagers are worthless if there isn’t an official outcome.

5.3. Tie: The official outcome will determine how all bets are settled. All wagers are worthless if the game is called off or an official result is not announced. A tie in First Class cricket occurs when the team batting second is bowled out twice with equal scores.

5.4. Runs in First Over: Unless a settlement has already been agreed upon, bets must be settled at the end of the first over. Unless the innings is ended by outside circumstances, like inclement weather, in which case all bets are invalid unless settlement has already been decided, an innings ending during an over will be considered to have been completed. The market in First Class matches only covers the opening innings for each club. Penalties and extras are included in the specific over count for settlement. An innings of the Hundred will comprise of 20 overs, with each over being composed of five valid deliveries. The remaining guidelines apply to all other forms.

5.5 Runs off First Delivery: The total number of runs the team scores after the first ball of the game will decide the outcome. All balls that are not legal count as deliveries for settlement reasons.

5.6. Most Fours/Sixes: In limited overs contests, unless the bet settlement has already been decided prior to the decrease, bets will be worthless if it is not feasible to complete at least 80% of the overs planned to be bowled in either innings owing to outside causes, including severe weather. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. The overall number of sixes will only include fours and sixes scored from the bat (off any delivery, legal or not). Extras and throw-ins are not included. In a super over, fours or sixes are not considered. Only sixes in the first inning of a First Class game will be scored.

5.7. Most Extras: In limited overs contests, unless the bet settlement has already been decided prior to the decrease, bets will be worthless if it is not feasible to complete at least 80% of the overs planned to be bowled in either innings owing to outside causes, including severe weather. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. All wide deliveries, no balls, leg byes, byes, and penalty runs during the game are taken into account for determining the outcome. Runs off the bat do not go toward the final total if there are runs off the bat and extras from the same delivery. Super over extras are not counted. Only first innings extras will be considered in First Class games.

5.8. Match Run outs: If external circumstances, like inclement weather, prevent the completion of at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings during a limited overs match, bets will be nullified; this is unless a settlement has been agreed upon prior to the decrease. In First Class matches that end in a tie, wagers will be nullified if less than 200 overs are bowled, unless the wager has previously been settled. Super over run outs are not taken into account. Only first-inning run outs will be taken into account in First Class games.

5.9. Match Ducks: Unless the payment of the wager has already been decided prior to the decrease, bets in limited overs matches are worthless if it has not been able to complete at least 80% of the overs planned to be bowled because of outside circumstances, such as severe weather. Unless the bet settlement has already been decided, wagers in drawn First Class matches are null and void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled. Someone who is out for 0 runs is categorized as a duck. Dismissal is not applicable to retired or injured. Super over ducks are not taken into account.

5.10. Match wides: If external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs from being bowled in a limited overs match, then bets will be worthless unless the bet payment has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. Except for penalty runs, all runs scored as a consequence of a wide delivery will be added to the final total. Super over wides are not considered.

5.11. Match Wickets/Stumpings/No Balls: In limited overs contests, unless the bet settlement has already been decided prior to the decrease, bets will be worthless if it is not feasible to complete at least 80% of the overs planned to be bowled because of outside circumstances, such as severe weather. In First Class matches that end in a tie, wagers will be nullified if less than 200 overs are bowled, unless the wager has previously been settled. Retired injuries are not subject to firing rules. Extremely over is not relevant.

5.12. First Innings Lead/First Innings Run Handicap bets: The first two innings have to be finished. If there is a tie, the dead heat rules take effect. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided.

5.13. Fifty/Hundred in Match: A fifty is defined as any score of fifty or above. Likewise for a hundred. If external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs from being bowled in a limited overs match, then bets will be worthless unless the bet payment has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided.

5.14. Fifty/Hundred in First Innings: A fifty is defined as any score of fifty or above. Same for a hundred. In limited overs contests, unless the bet payment has already been decided before the decrease, bets will be worthless if external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the overs planned to be bowled in the first innings. If the First Class match is drawn, the innings must be finished, or more than 200 overs, unless the bet settlement was decided upon prior to the reduction. This market only applies to the first innings of First Class matches, not the opening innings of either team.

5.15 Highest First Over: Unless a settlement has already been agreed upon, bets have to be settled at the end of the first over. All bets are worthless if the innings is stopped during the first over by outside causes, such as inclement weather, unless a settlement has been agreed with prior to the lowering. The market in First Class matches only covers the opening innings for each club. Penalties and extras are included in the specific over count for settlement. An innings of the Hundred will comprise of 20 overs, with each over being composed of five valid deliveries. Like in previous limited overs formats, all other regulations are still in effect.

5.16. Highest First Partnership: The total amassed is what happens if the batting team meets their aim, ends their allocated overs, or declares before the first wicket falls. A batsman retiring injured does not count as a wicket for settlement reasons. If an innings is cut short in a limited overs competition because of outside circumstances, like inclement weather, bets will be null and invalid unless a settlement has been agreed upon prior to the cut. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. The market in First Class matches only covers the opening innings for each club.

5.17. Match Fours/Sixes: In limited overs contests, if external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs from being bowled, then bets will be worthless unless the bet payment has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. The only fours or sixes that are scored at bat (off any delivery, legal or not) will be added to the total. All run fours, sixes, and extras are not considered throws. In a super over, fours are not tallied.

5.18. Match Extras: If external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs from being bowled in a limited overs match, then bets will be worthless unless the bet payment has already been decided upon prior to the decrease.

5.19. Match run outs: In limited overs contests, unless the bet settlement has already been decided prior to the decrease, bets will be worthless if it is not feasible to complete at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings owing to outside causes, including inclement weather. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. A super over does not count runs that are out.

5.20. Highest Individual Score: In limited overs matches, wagers will be nullified if, as a result of outside circumstances, such as inclement weather, it is not feasible to bowl at least 80% of the planned overs, provided the wager settlement has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. In First Class matches that end in a tie, wagers will be nullified if less than 200 overs are bowled, unless the wager has previously been settled. Dead heat regulations are in effect.

5.21. Rabbit runs: If external conditions, such as severe weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs from being bowled in a limited overs match, then bets will be worthless unless the bet payment has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. If there are less than 200 overs bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and worthless. No matter the batting order that was previously mentioned, the number 11 is considered to be the final player to come out to bat in the innings. The market will be invalid if more than 11 players bat, unless this is the result of replacements for concussions. The batter who is numbered 11 will be considered to have scored 0 if the innings is over without him reaching the crease.

5.22. Maximum Over in Match/Maximum Over in Innings: In limited overs contests, unless the bet settlement has already been decided prior to the decrease, bets will be worthless if it is not feasible to complete at least 80% of the overs planned to be bowled because of outside circumstances, such as severe weather. In First Class matches that end in a tie, wagers will be nullified if less than 200 overs are bowled, unless the wager has previously been settled. Every run—extras included—counts toward settlement. Super overs don’t matter. An innings will comprise of 20 overs in the Hundred, where an over is defined as five valid deliveries. The other guidelines are unchanged from other forms.

5.23. Top Batsman, Bowler/Man of the match: Before the game started, any wagers on players who were later determined to be out of the starting lineup were invalid. All bets on players who are not bowled or batted in the opening XI will stand.

5.24. Match Top Batsman: If, at the time of the wager, external conditions (like poor weather) prevent at least 50% of the overs planned to be bowled in either innings of a limited overs match, then the bet is void. In First Class matches, betting on the top batsmen is only valid for the first innings of each team and will be nullified if fewer than 200 overs are bowled, unless the bet has previously been settled. Both the player who was named at the toss and the substitute player will still be credited if the original player is later withdrawn due to a concussion. Unless there is a dead-heat, betting on the market is worthless if a batsman is replaced after the in-play market has been given and scores the highest individual score. Dead-heat regulations come into effect when two or more players score the same amount of runs. In a super over, runs are not taken into account.

5.25. Match Top Bowler: The bowler who finishes the game with the most wickets determines the outcome of this market. If, at the time of the wager, external conditions (like poor weather) prevent at least 50% of the overs planned to be bowled in either innings of a limited overs match, then the bet is void. For First Class matches, top bowler wagers are only valid for each team’s opening innings and are nullified if fewer than 200 overs are bowled, unless the wager has previously been settled. Both the player who was named at the toss and the substitute player will still be credited if the original player is later withdrawn due to a concussion. Unless there is a dead-heat, betting on the market are worthless if a bowler is replaced after the in-play market has been given and gets the most wickets. The bowler who has given up the fewest runs will win if two or more bowlers have taken the same amount of wickets. Dead heat regulations will be in effect if two or more bowlers have the same number of wickets taken and runs given up. Super over wickets taken are not taken into account. All wagers are worthless if no bowlers claim a wicket during an innings.

5.26. Team of Top Batsman: The same guidelines as for Match Top Batsman are applicable here, with dead-heat criteria being used if the top batsman on both sides scores the same amount of runs.

5.27. Team of the Top Bowler. Dead-heat rules apply, same as for the Match Top Bowler. All wagers are worthless if there isn’t an official man of the match announcement.

5.28. Runs off delivery: The number of runs contributed to the team total, off the designated delivery, will determine the outcome. All balls that are not legal count as deliveries for settlement reasons. For example, if an over begins with a wide, the following ball will be considered delivery 2 for that over even if there hasn’t been a ball delivered legally. The initial delivery will be resolved as 1. The runs scored on the extra delivery are not included if a delivery results in a free hit or if an unlawful delivery forces a re-bowl of a free hit. Whether or whether not they are off the bat, all runs are included. For instance, four runs are scored off of a wide, followed by three more runs taken. An innings will comprise of 20 overs in the Hundred, where an over is defined as five valid deliveries. The fifth ball of the innings will be shown as “X runs off 5th delivery, 1st over” if there are no illegal deliveries, and the sixth ball will be shown as “X runs off 1st delivery, 2nd over” if there are no illegal deliveries. In the event that a delivery is deemed unlawful among the first five balls bowled, the sixth ball of the innings will be shown as “X runs off 6th delivery, 1st over.” The other guidelines are unchanged from other forms.

5.29. Runs in Over: Bets cannot stand until the stipulated over is finished, unless settlement has already been decided. Unless the innings is ended by outside circumstances, like inclement weather, in which case all bets are invalid unless settlement has already been decided, an innings ending during an over will be considered to have been completed. All bets are worthless if the over does not start for any reason. Penalties and extras are included in the specific over count for settlement. An innings of the Hundred will comprise of 20 overs, with each over being composed of five valid deliveries. The remaining guidelines apply to all other forms.

5.30. Boundary in Over: As “Runs in Over”. Only batted boundaries (off legal or illegal deliveries) shall be considered boundaries. Boundaries do not apply to extras, run fours, or throws.

5.31. Runs in Over: As “Wicket in Over” Any wicket, including run outs, shall be taken into account for settlement reasons. A batter who retires injured does not receive credit for a wicket. The wicket is considered to have occurred on the preceding delivery if a batsman is timed out or retires. Dismissal does not apply to retired hurt.

5.32. Over odd/even: When “Runs in Over” We’ll consider zero to be an even number.

5.33. Runs in Groups of Overs: Unless the team is all out, declares, meets their aim, or the bet settlement has already been decided, the wager is worthless if the allotted number of overs is not completed. If the total innings is decreased at any point in a restricted overs match to less than 80% of the maximum overs specified at the time the wager was placed, then the bet is nullified, unless the settlement was decided upon before the reduction. An innings of the Hundred will comprise of 20 overs, with each over being composed of five valid deliveries. The remaining guidelines apply to all other forms.

5.34. Wickets in Groups of Overs: Unless the team is all out, declares, meets their aim, or the bet settlement has already been decided, the wager is invalid if the allotted number of overs is not completed. If the total innings in a restricted overs match is lowered at any point to fewer than 80% of the maximum overs that were specified at the time the wager was placed, it will be nullified, unless the bet settlement has already been decided. If a batsman is retired or timed out, the wicket is considered to have occurred on the preceding ball for settlement reasons. Dismissal does not apply to retired hurt. An innings of the Hundred will comprise of 20 overs, with each over being composed of five valid deliveries. The remaining guidelines apply to all other forms.

5.35. Runs in Session: Regardless of whether a team scores the most runs in a given session, the overall number of runs scored determines the outcome. Bets are worthless if a session ends with fewer than 20 overs bowled, unless a settlement has previously been agreed upon.

5.36. Innings Runs: In limited overs matches, wagers will be nullified if, as a result of outside circumstances, like inclement weather, it is not feasible to bowl at least 80% of the overs that were supposed to be bowled at the time the wager was placed. This is true unless the wager settlement has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. Regardless of the number of runs scored in any prior or current innings, wagers on a future one will still be accepted. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, the bet will not be settled until after the 200th over is bowled. For settlement purposes, an innings shall be deemed complete if a team declares.

5.37. Innings wickets: In limited overs matches, wagers will be nullified if, as a result of outside circumstances, like inclement weather, it is not feasible to bowl at least 80% of the overs that were supposed to be bowled at the time the wager was placed. This is true unless the wager settlement has already been decided upon prior to the decrease. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. Dismissal does not apply to retired hurt.

5.38. Innings Fours/Sixes: Same as Most Fours/Sixes.

5.39. Innings Extras/Innings Run Outs: Same as Most Extras.

5.40. Maximum Over in Innings: Same as Maximum Over in Match.

5.41. Innings Runs, Odd or Even: All wagers are worthless if the innings is abandoned, forfeited, or there is no official outcome.

5.42. Innings to finish with a Boundary: Only batted boundaries (off legal or illegal deliveries) shall be considered boundaries. Boundaries do not apply to extras, run fours, or throws. If there is any decrease in the number of overs that were supposed to be bowled at the time the wager was placed because of outside circumstances, such as inclement weather, it will be null and invalid in limited overs contests. All wagers are worthless if the game is called off or an official result is not announced.

5.43. Exact Runs in Innings: The official outcome will determine how bets are resolved. If there is any decrease in the number of overs that were supposed to be bowled at the time the wager was placed because of outside circumstances, such as inclement weather, it will be null and invalid in limited overs contests. All wagers are worthless if the game is called off or an official result is not announced.

5.44. Top Batsman in Innings: The batter in a team’s innings with the greatest individual score determines the outcome of this market. If external conditions, like severe weather, prevent at least 50% of the overs planned to be bowled at the time the wager was placed, it will be invalid. This also applies to limited overs contests. In First Class matches, betting on the top batsmen is only valid for the first innings of each team and will be nullified if fewer than 200 overs are bowled, unless the bet has previously been settled. Both the original player and the substitute shall be counted if a player who was named at the toss is later removed due to a concussion. There are bets on a batter who is named in the starting XI but does not bat. Bets on the in-play market are worthless unless there is a dead-heat if a batsman is replaced after it has been made available and gets the highest individual score. Dead-heat regulations will be in effect in the innings where two or more players score the same amount of runs. Not counting are runs scored in a super over.

5.45. Top Bowler in Innings: The bowler who takes the most wickets in an innings as an individual determines the outcome of this market. If external conditions, like severe weather, prevent at least 50% of the overs planned to be bowled at the time the wager was placed, it will be invalid. This also applies to limited overs contests.
Bets on a bowler who is named in the starting XI but does not bowl will stand. Unless there is a dead-heat, betting on the market is worthless if a bowler is replaced after the in-play market has been given and gets the most wickets.

5.46. Last Man Standing: The last batter to face a delivery, whether legal or not, will be the winner for settlement purposes if two or more batsmen remain in the game at the end of the innings. In the event that a player retires wounded or does not bat, they will not be considered to have been out. The market will be nullified if more than eleven players bat. In restricted overs contests, bets are null and worthless if the innings is decreased in any manner by outside reasons (such as inclement weather) after the wager is placed.

5.47. Batsman Runs: His score will determine the outcome if the batsman completes the innings without being out due to a declaration, the team finishes their allocated overs, or the team hits their target. The wager is invalid if a batter fails to make a hit. Bets are invalid if a batsman is not included in the starting XI.The total runs that a batsman scores during an innings will be taken into account if they retire injured but subsequently return. The outcome will be the same as it was when the batter retired if he or she does not return later.

In limited overs contests, unless a settlement has been decided upon or is determined later, bets will be worthless if it is not feasible to complete at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings owing to outside causes, such as inclement weather. If the batter is removed or the line at which the bet was made is crossed, the results will be deemed determined. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. In a super over, runs are not taken into account.

5.48. Batsman Fours/Sixes: The ultimate result is the batsman’s number of fours or sixes if he ends the innings without being out due to a declaration, the team finishing the amount of overs allocated, or the team accomplishing their objective. The wager is invalid if a batter fails to make a hit. Bets are invalid if a batsman is not included in the starting XI. The total number of fours a batsman hits throughout an innings will be taken into account if he retires injured but subsequently comes back.

If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided.The total number of fours will only include fours or sixes scored from the bat (off any delivery, legal or not). All run-fours, extras, and throw-ins are not considered. In a super over, fours or sixes are not considered.

5.49. Batsman Milestones: As ‘Batsman Runs’.

5.50. Method of Dismissal: All bets are null and invalid if the designated batter is not out. All wagers are worthless if the designated batter retires and does not come back to bat later. The wagers will remain if the batter does come back to bat and is out.

5.51. Fall of Next Wicket: The outcome will be the score gathered if the batting team meets their objective, ends their allocated overs, or declares before the designated wicket falls. A batsman retiring injured does not count as a wicket for settlement reasons. If external causes prevent the completion of at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings during a limited overs match, bets will be worthless unless payment has already been decided upon or is still to be decided. If the wicket in issue falls or the line at which the bet was made is crossed, the outcome will be deemed to have been determined. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided.

5.52 Next man out: The wagers on both batsmen would be deemed worthless if one of them retires injured or if the batters at the crease are not the ones who were quoted. All wagers will be lost if there are no further wicket falls.

5.53. Bets on the Batsman Match: As explained in the previous section on “Batsman Runs,” bets will be settled according to the official scores for the designated batsmen in the innings. If, after the wager is placed, external reasons, such as severe weather, prevent the team from completing at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings of a limited overs match, then the bet is worthless, unless settlement has already been decided.

5.54. Next Wicket Dismissal Method: As explained in the preceding section on “Batsman Runs,” bets will be settled according to the official scores for the designated batsmen in the innings. If, after the wager is placed, external reasons, such as severe weather, prevent the team from completing at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings of a limited overs match, then the bet is worthless, unless settlement has already been decided. Fielder Catch includes both bowled and caught.

5.55. Bowler Matchbet: Unless a settlement has been agreed upon, bets on limited overs matches are null and invalid if external conditions, such as inclement weather, prevent at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings from being completed. Unless the bet settlement has already been decided, wagers in drawn First Class matches are null and void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled. The starting lineup for both players must be announced, or they must come on as substitutes. Every wager is still finalized even if neither of them bowls later. The number of wickets claimed in a super over is zero.

5.56. All-Rounder Matchbet: One point is awarded for each run, twenty points for each wicket, ten points for each catch, and twenty points for each stumping. If external conditions, like severe weather, prevent the completion of at least 80% of the planned overs in either innings of a limited overs match, bets will be worthless until a settlement has been agreed upon. If less than 200 overs are bowled in a drawn First Class match, bets are null and invalid unless the settlement of the wager has already been decided. The two players have to be listed in the starting lineup or used as substitutes. In the event that neither player does, the bets are still fulfilled, whether they bat or bowl. In a super over, points are not awarded.

5.57. Keeper matchbet: As stated above, points are awarded. If any of the two designated players changes their playing roles throughout the game, all bets will still be settled using the previously mentioned scoring method. Both players must start the game as the wicketkeeper or come in as a substitute. In a super over, points are not awarded.

5.58. Free Hit: The number of runs contributed to the team total, off the designated delivery, will determine the outcome. The runs earned on the second free hit are void if it is re-bowled due to an unlawful delivery. Penalty runs and extras will be factored into the settlement. For instance, the outcome will be 1 if a wide is bowled on the designated free hit delivery. There may then be a second free hit market available.

5.59. Race to ‘X’ Runs: In the event of a curtailment, all bets remain in place. The markets are resolved as “Neither” if neither batter scores the required amount of runs.

5.60. Next to Hit Six: All bets sit, despite any restriction. The market will be settled as “Neither” if, after the bet is placed, neither hitter hits a six. Extras and throw-ins are not included.

5.61. Winning Over: In the event that there is no official outcome, all bets are worthless. In limited overs matches, all bets are null and invalid if the maximum overs are lowered in any way after the wager is placed.

5.62. Toss Winner: If the outcome of the toss is known before the bet is made, it will be worthless. Bets are invalid if there is no Toss.

5.63. Notes for all Markets:

Players dismissed/retired: A dismissed player is considered to have retired out and will be counted as a wicket.

Concussion substitutions: A player’s departure from the field due to a concussion substitution will not be considered a wicket. The outcome will remain the same as it was when the player left the field if they do not return later. For settlement reasons, both the player entering the game as a substitution due to a concussion and the player being replaced will be considered to have participated fully in the match.

Penalty runs after an innings is over: Penalty runs contributed to a team’s total after the opposite team’s innings begins are not taken into account for market settlement in the preceding innings.

An innings of the Hundred will comprise of 20 overs, with each over being composed of five valid deliveries. Like in previous limited overs formats, all other regulations are still in effect.

6.1. All unclaimed bets are deemed worthless in the event of a default, retirement, or walkover by any participant.

6.2. All markets remain uneasy in the event of a delay (rain, darkness, etc.), and trade will resume as soon as the game resumes.

6.3. All wagers on that game will stand if the umpire calls a penalty point or points.

6.4. All impacted point and game-related markets are deemed null and invalid in the event that a match concludes before certain points or games are completed.

6.5. We retain the right to cancel bets if markets stay open with an inaccurate score that significantly affects the pricing.

6.6. We retain the right to cancel bets if players or teams are shown erroneously.

6.7.All markets that remain unsettled are deemed invalid if a player retires.

6.8. A match tie-break that is played in a best-of-three format as a deciding set will be regarded as the third set.

6.9. Each match or tie-break counts as one game.

7.1. We retain the right to invalidate any market if a match does not follow the commonly accepted format (e.g., odd period duration, counting technique, structure of a match, etc.).

7.2. We retain the right to nullify any market if the rules or format of a match deviate from our recognized standard.

7.3. Unless specified differently, all markets are taken into account during regular time only.

7.6. If the selection does not participate in the event, the outright markets will be settled as a loss because they are All In Run Or Not. Dead Heat guidelines are in effect.

7.7. The match scoreline is evaluated as 0:0 at the moment of wagering when wagers are put on In-Play Asian Handicap. This is exclusive to eSoccer and soccer.

7.8. Video assistant referee (VAR) – If after we’ve settled a bet it turns out that the VAR decision was wrong, we can undo the settlement (as long as the VAR decision happened before the contest ends or within a reasonable amount of time after the bet was placed). If a bet is placed between the time an incident occurs that prompts a VAR review and the related VAR decision, it will be considered null and void unless the VAR review and subsequent decision either did not change the decision made by the on-field officials in the end or changed their decision but did not have a significant impact on the bet(s) in question. All wagers that were unaffected by the VAR review will be honored.

7.9. For the benefit of informative reasons and player convenience, these Terms and Conditions may be published in many languages. If a game is stopped and resumed within 48 hours of the original kickoff, the outcome will be used to settle any open wagers. If not, all bets that remain undetermined are deemed worthless (a wager may be canceled before 48 hours have elapsed).
